Two of my grandmother's sisters had their period throughout their entire pregnancy(one did not even know she was pregnant until she delivered. We also had a neighbor that never missed her period once and had a healthy baby boy. One of my best friend's from high school never missed hers if she had not been so tiny she would neer have went to the doctor afraid she had a cyst or something-she was 7 months pregnant. So anyone that tells you no is crazy or has not done the research! Whomever told you no you can not be has no clue what they are talking about! Some people have regular cycles, some just spot, and some don't have cycles at all..! I have seen from experience, MY MOM! She was pregnant and didn't know it because she was having her regular cycle, heavy and 4-5 days long..! She didn't have any pregnancy symptoms nor did she gain any weight.. She thought she was constipated one day and went to the hospital and come to find out she was in labor, 8 months, with an baby girl, that weighed 4lbs and 7oz's..! GOOD LUCK! I am 13 weeks pregnant right now and experienced almost the same situation..my period came about 2 weeks after I was hoping I conceived.
