I’ve been on the depo shot for 2 1/2 years, never had any side effects or bleeding. It has stopped my periods altogether, and I’m having preggo symptoms, but have no period to tell me if I’m late. I have VERY tender to the touch breasts, a very faint sick to my stomach feeling, more tired than usual, peeing a little more frequently, some mild cramping, and headaces. I went to ob 4 days ago and neg test and she did a pelvic and said she didn’t feel any enlargment of the uterus, and said I didn’t need a blood test, since then my boobs are hurting even more. what is going on? I’ve heard that it is near impossible to conceive while on the shot, has anyone gotten preggo on the shot, or have any opinions or advice?

My sister got pregnant with my niece while she was on the shot. Its not 100% effective, and its very possible.
I did with my Daughter Madison. . none of the birth control methods are 100%. But I would not change anything for the world now.
